All praise and thanks are due to Allâh. We praise and give thanks to Him. We seek His aid and ask for His forgiveness, and we seek Allâh's refuge from the evil of ourselves and from our evil actions. I bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped except Allâh, alone, having no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and His Messenger

     Israeli violations such as using illegal nerve gas[1], house destruction, restrictions on freedom of movement, torture and illegal settlements for thirty eight years until recent departure is clear proof of their lack of morals and compassion for Muslims. In this essay I will do my best to prove that the new Israeli policy will not improve the situation in Palestine, the conflicts are based upon religion, and what the solution is to these
problems.  The truth in here is from Allah (God) and any mistakes are from shaitan and my self.

            Jewish existence as well as the occupation of Palestine has been built on ideological beliefs from the corrupted texts of the Torah. 'Since the time of Torah the land of Israel is considered the land of the children of Israel from among all nations; it is later named Palestine'[2]. This is an issue that has been built on Torah, which few people take into consideration while talking about Palestine.   'It is a matter with religious holiness[3].

Falsifiers such as Jews supporting Israel bear grudges and hatred against Muslims being jealous of the truth the Muslims have.  Allah Says: { Those who disbelieve among the people of the Scriptures (i.e. Jews) do not like that there should be sent down unto you (Muslims) any good from your Lord. …}[4] There is another verse that reads: {…And they will never cease fighting you until they turn you back from your religion (Islâmic Monotheism) if they can. …}[5]

The hatred of Israel varies based on the loyalty of Muslims to their religion. The more the Muslims follow the religion the more they hate them as confirmed by the verse: {They intend to put out the Light of Allâh (i.e. the religion of Islâm, this Qur'ân, and Prophet Muhammad SAW) with their mouths. But Allâh will complete His Light even though the disbelievers hate (it).}[6]

The current intifada, now in its fifth year, has resulted in the killing of more than 4,950 people and injured tens of thousands.  The overwhelming majority of deaths are residents with more than three-quarters of the them being Palestinian.[7] Israel's "disengagement" from the Gaza Strip does not end their occupation of the area in legal terms because of major ongoing restrictions.  Although responsibility for security within the Gaza Strip has been handed over to Palestinian forces Israel still maintains control.  Gaza's borders, airspace, sea space, all entry and exit points in Gaza, electricity, water and sewage remain in control of Israel and make Gaza “a big jail[8].”These restrictions greatly impede the Palestinians' efforts to build an economy capable of freely satisfying the basic humanitarian needs of the residents of Gaza.[9]  With these facts in mind one can see the impossibility of the situation in Palestine with Israel.  Until those restrictions are lifted, Israel will retain its responsibilities under International humanitarian law as an occupying power to provide for the humanitarian welfare of the Palestinian people.  Israel has had problems since its’ birth with foreign policy[10] and has proven multiple times that it is not a country of honesty and morale.   

As an indication to the war that will take place between the Muslims and the

Jews.{So, when the promise came for the first of the two, We sent against you slaves of

Ours given to terrible warfare. They entered the very innermost parts of your homes. And

it was a promise (completely) fulfilled.}[11]   Islam is a religion of justice and submission

that stresses on the sanctity of human life. A verse in the Qur'an says, that "anyone who

saves one life, it is as if he has saved the whole of mankind and anyone who has killed

another person (except in case of murder or mischief on earth) it is as if he has killed the

whole of mankind."[12]

Islam condemns all the violence, which happened in the Crusades, Spain, WW II, by acts

of people like Rev. Jim Jones, Timothy McVeigh, Dr. Baruch Goldstein, the atrocities

committed in Bosnia by the Christian Serbs, the attacks on New York and Washington

and more[13].  Anyone who is doing violence is not practicing his or her religion at that

time[14]. However, sometimes violence is a human response of oppressed people as

happens to be the case in Palestine. There is however, a lot of terrorism and violence in

areas where there is no Muslim presence; for example, in Ireland, South Africa, Latin

America and Sri Lanka.  Sometimes the violence is due to a struggle between those who

have wealth with those who do not have wealth, or between those who are oppressed with

those who are the oppressors.  Due to ignorance and misguidance from the straight path

of Islam people become terrorists.  Unfortunately, the Palestinians who are doing

violence are called terrorists, but not the armed Israeli settlers when they commit

grotesque acts to the Palestinians as well as to their own people.  As it turned out to be in

the Oklahoma City bombing, sometime Muslims are prematurely blamed even if non-

Muslims commit the terrorism.  Unfortunately those who want peace and those who

oppose peace can be of the same religion.  Due to the ignorance and misguidance of

many Muslims regarding their religious knowledge they are unpredictable in their

actions and agreements with Israel.  

            Suicide bombing is in fact a detestable breach of Islam. This kind of behavior has

always been forbidden behavior for Muslims and will always remain that way[15].  Suicide

in Islam is an act that throws one out of the fold of Islam where they become a

disbeliever in Islam.  This kind of behavior is what can be expected from an

un-educated and misguided people suffering from oppression with no viable means to

express them selves.  In most cases due to their lack of religious knowledge they do not

know why they are facing such hardships or how to cope with their existing pressures and

humiliations.

             Muslims should be properly educating themselves, youth, families and others

to studying and understanding the issues of Islamic creed, worship and character.  These

issues are from those that are legally binding upon every individual, and no one is

excused from them for having deficiencies in them due to neglect.  Unfortunately many

Muslims are distracted from their obligations with something that has no priority such as

political activism.[16]   It is the rule of Allah Who has made enemies of truth and

supporters of falsehood in order to examine those who are on truth from those who are

not so till the Day of Judgment. {That Allâh may test who it is that will help Him (His

religion), and His Messengers in the unseen. …}[17]

In conclusion, I have proven that the Israeli- Palestinian conflict is actually a

Jewish- Muslim conflict that is well known to Muslims through  the teachings of Prophet

Muhammad peace be upon him and Gods word the Quran.  I have brought to light several

illegal activities from Israel along with reasons why they have been engaged in 

Muslim genocide.  I have ended with placing light on the solution for Jewish-Muslim 

genocide as well as all the other Muslim political and social strife.
